Chute liner spare parts kits combine multiple replacement liner plates into one controlled supply package for planned maintenance. Plates can be manufactured to approved drawings, identified by part number and grouped to match the equipment location or shutdown sequence.
The scope is project-specific. A kit may contain flat, bent, tapered, curved or drilled wear plates, with marking, inspection and packing requirements defined in the quotation.

Part IDs and drawing revision control
Each unique geometry should have one stable part ID. Mirrored plates, different hole patterns, opposite bend directions and material substitutions should not be hidden under the same identifier. The released drawing revision should appear in the BOM, inspection plan and packing list.

Fastening options within the kit
The plate drawings must identify the fastening method and fit-critical features. When hardware is requested, the purchase specification should define its grade, dimensions, coating or finish, quantity and applicable standard.
