Metal Chute Liner Product Introduction
Metal Chute Liner is a high-performance wear-resistant component for the inner walls of chutes, hoppers and transfer points. As a core protection for bulk material transportation, it resists impact, friction and wear from heavy-duty, large-particle and high-speed bulk solids (e.g., ore, coal, aggregates), protecting equipment integrity and ensuring smooth conveying.
Made of high-quality wear-resistant metals (high-chrome cast iron Cr15/Cr20, NiHard1/NiHard4, wear-resistant alloy steel) and treated with special heat, it has a hardness of HRC 55–65. It boasts better wear and impact resistance than ordinary steel liners, extending service life and reducing replacement frequency.
Available in flat, curved and trapezoidal shapes, it fits various chute contours to avoid material accumulation. Installation options include bolt fixing (easy to disassemble and maintain) and welding fixing (high stability for high-vibration, high-impact environments).
