High Chromium Cast Iron Hopper Liner is a premium wear-resistant casting component specially engineered for hoppers, bins, feeders and bulk material storage & transfer systems.
Manufactured from high-chromium alloy cast iron (Cr15, Cr20, Cr27 grades) through precision casting and professional heat treatment, this liner features high surface hardness HRC 58–65, outstanding abrasion resistance, strong impact resistance and excellent anti-scouring performance.
It is widely used to protect hopper inner walls from severe wear, impact and friction caused by heavy, sharp and abrasive materials such as ore, coal, rock aggregate, slag, cement clinker and industrial bulk solids.
Unique high-chrome carbide microstructure greatly extends service life compared with ordinary steel and common cast iron liners.
Various sizes, shapes and mounting styles (bolt-on, welded) are available for custom processing.
